About the RoleWe are seeking a highly creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to elevate our boutique’s digital presence. You will act as the visual voice of our brand, capturing the unique aesthetic of our collections and engaging with our local and global community. If you have a passion for styling, fashion/lifestyle trends, and digital storytelling, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Shoot high-quality, aesthetic photos and videos of in-store arrivals, new collections, and behind-the-scenes processes (e.g., styling tips, close-ups of fabric/details).
- Campaign Management: Plan, shoot, and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand captions and stories that highlight the exclusivity and craftsmanship of our boutique products.
- Community Engagement: Respond promptly to customer DMs, inquiries, and comments to provide an excellent "boutique-style" online shopping experience.
- Influencer & PR Outreach: Assist in coordinating collaborations with local fashion influencers and stylists to boost brand visibility.
- Analytics & Growth: Track engagement metrics, follower growth, and conversion rates, reporting back on what posts drive the most sales.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (boutique, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience highly preferred).
- Aesthetic Eye: Strong visual sense with an eye for styling, lighting, and composition.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with mobile/desktop editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Lightroom).
- Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, and trending audio/formats.
- Communication: Excellent written English skills for engaging storytelling.
