Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Designer who can translate design concepts into high-quality, realistic visualizations. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, lighting, and material application, along with the ability to work closely with architects and interior designers to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for interior and architectural projects
- Interpret 2D drawings, layouts, and mood boards into detailed 3D visualizations
- Apply realistic lighting, textures, materials, and detailing to enhance output quality
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand design intent and project requirements
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently within deadlines
- Maintain file organization, version control, and project data
- Ensure all deliverables meet the design standards and quality benchmarks of the firm
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and rendering techniques
Required Skills & Software
- Proficiency in SketchUp / D5
- Strong working knowledge of V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings
- Knowledge of Photoshop for post-production work
- Good understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and composition

Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design / 3D Visualization or related field
