Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end recruitment of event-based manpower like promoters, volunteers, hosts, and execution crew, ensuring timely availability of quality resources for events.
Key Responsibilities:
Bulk hiring for event requirements across multiple locations
Source candidates via job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups & colleges
Build and maintain freelancer / part-time manpower database
Conduct telephonic screening & shortlist candidates
Assess candidates for communication & event suitability
Coordinate with operations team for manpower planning
Ensure timely deployment for events
Handle urgent hiring, replacements & backups
Maintain updated database (availability, performance, history)
Coordinate with agencies & college placement cells for sourcing
Required Skills:
Strong communication & coordination skills
Ability to handle pressure & urgent hiring
Good follow-up & ownership mindset
MS Excel / Google Sheets basics
Networking & relationship building
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate (HR preferred)
2–3 years experience in recruitment / bulk hiring
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
