Key Responsibilities (Immediate Joiner)
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of hiring.
Source, screen, interview, and onboard suitable candidates.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and documentation.
Manage employee exits, resignations, terminations, and Full & Final Settlements.
3. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
Coordinate PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain statutory records and support audits.

Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
Experience
5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience in recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.
Prior experience in service industries will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month
