Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Executive - Accounts to join our Finance team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. The Junior Executive - Accounts will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting financial reporting activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accounting records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with audits and regulatory compliance activities as required.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.
