Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, performance management, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple HR functions while contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and manage hiring pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and probation reviews.
- Track employee goals, KPIs, and performance improvement plans.
- Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and employee development discussions.
Employee Engagement & Events
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMIS updates.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and monthly MIS.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data and inputs.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
- Support statutory compliance activities and HR audits.
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Strong experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
- Good understanding of performance management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
