BRIGHT Computer Education is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Reception Cum Telecaller Executive for our Manjalpur branch. The candidate will be responsible for handling front desk activities, student enquiries, telecalling, counselling support, and maintaining smooth communication with students and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception Management
- Welcome students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and provide course-related information.
- Maintain student enquiry records and daily follow-up reports.
- Manage reception area and ensure a positive first impression.
Telecalling & Student Counselling Support
- Make outbound calls to prospective students regarding courses, enquiries, and admissions.
- Follow up with leads generated through online and offline sources.
- Explain course details, fees, batch timings, and career benefits.
- Schedule counselling sessions and support the admission process.
- Maintain regular communication with existing students.
Administrative Support
- Maintain student records and documentation.
- Coordinate with faculty members regarding batch schedules and student requirements.
- Support branch-level activities and daily operations.
- Prepare daily enquiry and calling reports.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Gujarati preferred).
- Confident speaking ability and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email).
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented approach.
Eligibility:
- Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, counselling, reception, or education sector will be an advantage.
