Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Diamond Grader to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for quality and a willingness to learn diamond grading standards. Freshers with an interest in the diamond and jewellery industry are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Grade and evaluate natural diamonds based on quality parameters.
- Inspect diamonds for cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
- Sort and classify diamonds according to company standards.
- Ensure accuracy while grading and recording diamond details.
- Maintain proper documentation and inventory records.
- Follow quality control procedures and company guidelines.
- Handle diamonds with care and maintain confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in diamond grading are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
