- B.sc Chemistry,/M.sc Chemistry
- Responsible for complete chemical analysis in parameters of moisture, Acid insoluble, Fat content, Dietary fiber, Gluten content, Protein analysis etc in different food products.
- Should be familiar with regulatory requirements of FSSAI, Label Claim Proximate & Nutritional Analysis.
- Ensure validation data & calibration of all instruments, chemical, consumable etc.
- Accurate analysis and interpretation of test results.
- Maintenance of laboratory documents and records.
- To interact with other functions (e.g. business development, customer support etc).
- To help in identifying the gaps in process and to suggest on the resolution of the gap / process improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
