Job Description
Boost Electronics is seeking an experienced Business Development Executives to our Sales & Marketing team. We are seeking a professionals with a strong understanding of electrical control panels and switchgear who can build customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the right technical solutions.
The ideal candidate should have experience in customer handling, technical discussions, proposal preparation, and business development within the electrical industry.
Key Responsibilities
Understand electrical control panel drawings and circuits.
Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements.
Assist in estimation and costing for control panels and switchgear.
Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations.
Coordinate with internal technical and production teams.
Maintain customer data and sales reports.
Support business development activities.
Skills Required
Knowledge of electrical control panels and switchgear.
Experience in estimation and costing is must.
Strong customer interaction and negotiation skills.
Good communication skills.
Languages known: Hindi, English, Marathi.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
