We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Learning and Development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging e-learning content that drives performance, supports development goals, and aligns with business needs.
This position will be based in Hyderabad - India.
You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organization to produce impactful digital learning experiences, primarily using Articulate Storyline 360. Strong relationship-building skills, the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines, and a passion for modern learning practices are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360
- Translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling learning materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning needs and content objectives
- Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements to support content development
- Apply adult learning principles, instructional design theory, and digital learning best practices
- Ensure all learning content is accessible, inclusive, and culturally sensitive for a global audience
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- Support the localization and translation of content where required
