KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain daily stock entry in the inventory management software — recording all incoming and outgoing stock accurately.
- Track each product by SKU, quantity, colour, and other relevant attributes to ensure complete and error-free records.
- Conduct daily stock counts and reconcile physical inventory against system records; flag any discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth inward and outward movement of goods.
- Maintain organised storage of products — categorised by SKU and colour for easy retrieval and picking.
- Support order fulfilment by providing accurate stock availability data to the sales and e-commerce teams.
- Generate daily/weekly stock reports and share with the reporting manager.
- Ensure all stock entries are completed on the same day — no pending or backdated entries.
