Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineers / Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales activities and frequent customer visits across Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers and prospects within assigned territories to generate sales.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with customers.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
Submit daily sales reports, visit reports, and market feedback to management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirement
Willingness to travel extensively across Chennai for customer meetings and business development activities.
Primarily field-based role in assigned territories.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Prior experience in field sales, industrial sales, engineering products, or technical sales will be preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Compensation & Benefits
During Probation
Fresher : ₹18,000 per month
After Confirmation
Experience : ₹25,000 per month
Additional Benefits
Food Allowance: ₹100 per working day
Fuel Reimbursement: ₹3.20 per kilometer (Office to Customer Location)
Bike Maintenance Allowance: ₹1,500 per quarter
Preferred Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Candidates owning a two-wheeler and valid driving license will be preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
