Godawari Harsh Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a seasoned HR Manager with proven expertise in the construction sector, preferably handling roads and bridge projects. The role requires a strong leader who can manage workforce planning across multiple project sites, ensure compliance with labour laws, and align HR strategy with organizational goals.

Lead end-to-end HR operations across multiple road and bridge project sites.

Develop and implement HR policies and workforce strategies tailored for construction projects.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of manpower (staff & contract workers).

Supervise preparation of labour payment sheets, payroll, and compliance reports.

Ensure adherence to labour laws, safety standards, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).

Build strong employee relations at site and corporate levels, managing grievance redressal and conflict resolution.

Conduct training and development programs to improve site workforce productivity.

Coordinate with project heads to assess manpower requirements and align with project deadlines.

Maintain and review HRMS data, attendance records, and employee documentation.

Prepare and present monthly HR MIS reports to management.

MBA in Human Resources with 5–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3+ years in construction projects (roads/bridges preferred).

In-depth knowledge of labour law compliance, site HR operations, and contract workforce management.

Strong leadership and team management skills to handle site-based workforce challenges.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and HRMS tools.

Commercial awareness and understanding of how HR decisions impact project profitability and timelines.
