Job Summary
Sterling & Wilson Datacenter Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced ELV Manager to lead the design and engineering of ELV systems for large-scale Data Center projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Data Center ELV design, system integration, team management, and coordination with clients, consultants, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of ELV systems for Data Center projects.
- Design and integrate Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA/VA, BMS, EPMS, and DCIM systems.
- Review design drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and vendor documents.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and international Data Center standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, procurement, and site execution teams.
- Support vendor evaluation, technical discussions, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Lead ELV engineering teams while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and value engineering.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Data Center ELV Design & Engineering.
- Expertise in Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, EPMS, and DCIM.
- Knowledge of IP-based ELV systems and networking.
- Experience in vendor management, client coordination, and techno-commercial evaluation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Revit and Navisworks knowledge will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or Telecommunications Engineering.

- CCNA
- CompTIA Network+
- CDCP (Certified Data Centre Professional)
- PMP (Preferred)
