Job Overview
We are hiring an HR & Administration Executive on behalf of our client AVNI travels, to handle day-to-day HR operations and office administration activities. The role requires hands-on experience in payroll, attendance management, documentation, and routine HR coordination.
This position is based in Kharkhana and requires candidates who can manage both HR and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
HR Operations
- Process monthly payroll and coordinate salary documentation
- Manage employee attendance and leave records
- Maintain HR files and employee documentation
- Support KPI tracking and performance-related documentation
- Assist in onboarding and employee coordination
Administration
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities
- Maintain compliance records and internal documentation
- Coordinate with departments for routine HR & admin support
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HR or HR Administration
- MBA in HR preferred
- Hands-on experience in payroll and attendance management
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Basic knowledge of KPIs and HR reporting
- Good communication skills
- Hindi / Telugu language knowledge preferred
- Must be comfortable working in Kharkhana
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
