Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation process.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll team/vendor.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly HR dashboards.
- Support administration and other HR operational activities as required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment process.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working in an MNC or corporate setup preferred.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidate should be proactive, presentable, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
