Divyansh Honda is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee workshop operations, manage service staff, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workshop and service center operations
- Supervise and guide service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Ensure timely and quality servicing of customer vehicles
- Monitor service productivity and workshop efficiency
- Handle customer concerns and service-related escalations
- Maintain service records and prepare operational reports
- Ensure compliance with Honda service standards and safety procedures
- Coordinate spare parts availability with the parts department
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile service operations
- Experience in managing workshop staff and service teams
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Email)
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of two-wheeler service processes preferred
- Ability to manage targets, productivity, and service quality
