Mission Migration Services is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain the company's immigration and visa services.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but Freshers are welcome.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
