Direct Sales Executive – Job Description Job Title: Direct Sales Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Direct Sales Executive to promote and sell the company's products and services directly to customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential customers. - Explain products and services to customers. - Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling. - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Prepare sales reports and update customer records. - Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support. - Coordinate with the sales team to improve business performance. Required Skills: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong customer handling and relationship management. - Target-oriented and self-motivated. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office). - Ability to work independently and in a team. Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). - Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience: - 0–3 years in Sales, Direct Sales, Field Sales, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or FMCG. Salary: As per company standards + Incentives + Performance Bonus.
