Job Description
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in HORECA & Chemical industry.
2. Promote and sell chemical products to manufacturers, distributors, and industrial clients
3. Maintain relationships with existing customers and handle inquiries
4. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
6. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
7. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely deliveries
8. Provide technical guidance about chemical products and applications
9. Handle customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction
10. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer records
11. Attend industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.
