We are a fast-growing marketing agency managing 30+ client accounts across multiple industries. Our graphic design and editorial teams create all content internally. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Content Publisher to manage the publishing and scheduling of content across client social media accounts.
Role Overview
Your primary responsibility will be posting, scheduling, and managing social media content across multiple client accounts. You will work closely with our design and content teams to ensure content is published accurately, on time, and according to each client's content calendar.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms including:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- X (Twitter)
- TikTok
- YouTube (when applicable)
- Reddit
- Manage and organize content calendars for multiple client accounts.
- Ensure posts go live according to schedule.
- Upload graphics, videos, captions, hashtags, and links provided by the content team.
- Verify formatting, tagging, and platform-specific requirements before publishing.
- Monitor scheduled posts and resolve publishing issues when they arise.
- Maintain publishing records and provide posting confirmations when required.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure timely execution.
- Manage 30–40 client accounts while maintaining high attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience using social media scheduling tools such as:
- Instagram
- Reddit
- Facebook
- Beginner to Intermediate computer skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, content calendars, and project management tools.
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their posting requirements.
- Previous social media management or publishing experience preferred.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
