We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team in the advertising and marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Reach out to brands, startups, e-commerce businesses, and corporate clients to promote influencer marketing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and pitch decks.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with strategy, creative, and production teams for smooth client onboarding
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences when required.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of brands, marketing, advertising, and digital media, with the ability to identify potential business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with founders, marketing heads, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
- Ability to understand a client's business challenge and translate it into a relevant marketing, branding, or communication opportunity.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, networking, and follow-ups.
- Ability to prepare and present proposals, quotations, pitch decks, and business pitches.
- Commercially aware and capable of understanding budgets, scope, pricing, margins, and business value.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
