We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in US Staffing to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in the US Staffing market
- Develop and maintain relationships with direct clients and vendors
- Identify client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account management
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in US Staffing Business Development
- Strong network with direct clients / MSP / VMS
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to bring new clients and generate revenue
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
