Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Qualify leads based on interest and requirements.
- Maintain lead records and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead transfer and updates.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and target-based work.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM).
- Prior experience in telesales or lead generation preferred.
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate.
Language : Telugu, Kannada (Any) & English
