Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and communication support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth functioning of executive operations in an export-oriented business environment.
Key Responsibilities
A. Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare business correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
B. Export & International Communication
- Coordinate communication with international buyers and customers.
- Schedule and manage meetings across different time zones.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and discussions.
C. Purchase Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement activities.
- Track purchase orders, shipment schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics and export teams when required.
D. Public Relations (PR) Activities
- Support client relationship management and corporate communication.
- Assist in organizing client visits, trade meetings, and business events.
F. Project Coordination (Office Setup/Construction)
- Coordinate activities related to new office construction or expansion.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Track progress and report updates to the MD
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Secretarial work: 2 years (Preferred)
