Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations of all Ayushka Assisted Living branches. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with GST regulations, and consolidating accounts across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Accounting Operations
- Maintain and manage daily petty cash records
- Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
2. Invoicing & Billing
- Generate and manage customer invoices
- Ensure timely billing and follow-up on receivables
- Maintain proper documentation for all invoices
3. Expense & Payment Management
- Track and record all expenses across branches
- Ensure all payments are processed through and approved by the accountant
- Verify bills and supporting documents before processing payments
4. GST & Compliance
- Maintain all tax invoices and compliance records
- Coordinate with auditors or consultants when required
5. Multi-Branch Financial Management
- Consolidate accounts of all 4 branches into a master account system
- Monitor and ensure each branch follows proper accounting procedures
- Conduct periodic checks to maintain consistency and accuracy
6. Reporting
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including:
- Branch-wise income
- Branch-wise expenses
- Overall profit/loss analysis
- Provide insights to support business decisions
7. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain organized records of all financial documents
- Ensure proper filing (digital & physical) for easy access and audits
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GST filing and compliance (India)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
- Good understanding of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multi-branch accounting independently
- Honest, reliable, and accountable
Preferred Attributes
- Experience handling accounts for multiple locations/branches
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry is a plus
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
