Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
About the Role
Rathi Build Mart is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in the interior design, bath fittings, tiles, sanitaryware, or building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically appealing spaces while coordinating with clients, sales teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and develop interior design concepts accordingly.
- Prepare space plans, mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Recommend suitable materials, finishes, tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and execution teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site visits and provide design support during project execution.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and industry innovations.
- Assist customers visiting the showroom with design consultations and product selection.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, budgets, and client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the same industry (Interior Design, Tiles, Bath Fittings, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, etc.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of materials, color schemes, and space planning.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
