Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing activities within assigned Women's & Children's units.
Ensure delivery of safe, patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care.
Promote family-centered care practices. Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
Manage day-to-day nursing operations.
Develop staffing plans and ensure adequate nurse-to-patient ratios.
Coordinate patient flow and optimize bed utilization. Monitor departmental productivity and operational efficiency.
Participate in strategic planning and service development.
Recruit, interview, hire, orient, and retain qualified nursing staff. Conduct performance evaluations and competency assessments. Identify learning needs and coordinate continuing education. Mentor charge nurses and emerging nurse leaders. Promote employee engagement and a positive work environment.
Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Monitor nursing-sensitive quality indicators.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with infection prevention and medication safety standards.
Participate in accreditation and regulatory surveys.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
