We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and drive business growth in the plastic injection molding industry.
Position: Business Development Manager – Plastic Injection Molding
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the plastic injection molding or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Location: Sinnar, Nashik, Maharashtra
