Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Agriculture
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with a background in agriculture. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm inputs directly to farmers and dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit farmers, dealers, and distributors in assigned territories.
- Promote agricultural products and explain product benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct field demonstrations and farmer meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and agri-retailers.
- Provide technical guidance regarding crop management and product usage.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
- Ensure timely payment collection from dealers.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of crops, fertilizers, pesticides, and seeds.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to travel extensively in rural areas.
- Basic understanding of local agricultural markets.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory)/ other stream preffered but experience in sales
- 6 months to 1 year experience in agricultural field sales preferred.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (Preferred).
Location: Anywhere in Bihar
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year (Agriculture Field Sales Preferred)
Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture /Other Stream but experience in sales
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹17,000 per month + TA +DA+ Incentives
