Job Role- Deputy Cluster Operations Manager (Deputy COM)

Eligibility Criteria Education Graduation, 12 + 3 Yr Diploma, or ITI Experience Min 3 yrs (Related Industry)
Scope Of Work Primary Role
● Conduct audits for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM & CM) ● Handle customer escalations effectively ● Manage and mentor Service Hero teams ● Conduct induction and training programs for new Service Heroes ● Planning and distribution of relevant inventory through ERP ● Coordinating with the relevant government authorities for the permitting process ● Attend Corrective Maintenance activities, conduct site testing, and provide support to Sr. Service Heroes as needed ● Internal and External stakeholder management & constant Kaizen mentality ● Maintain and adhere to zero safety violations
Key Competencies Technical Need to Have Nice to Have ● Comprehensive solar knowledge ● Good Excel skills ● Basic computer knowledge ● Field work flexibility Behavioral Need to Have Nice to Have ● Strong communication skills ● Stakeholder management ● Team management skills ● Ability to multitask ● Punctuality maintained. ● Exceptional customer empathy Travel Frequency ● Inter City travel
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
