Sales Manager
- Call on the new leads ad regular follow up of the leads.
- Regular what app
- Sound knowledge of the Industrial Real Estate Properties ( PEB, Warehouse, sheds and factory buildings etc)
- Has to maintain and update the Leads Excel Sheet and inventory Excel sheet on daily basis.
- Inventory management on regular basis .
- Establish commonality with potential clients and regular rapport with the clients.
- Sharing daily MIS to director on daily basis.
Skills Sets Required
- Being reliable and dedicated
- Knowledge of Real Estate Industrial Properties.
- Having good communication and negotiation skills
- Being fluent in English.
- Having familiarity with real estate market trends and property valuation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
