Job Definition:
Responsible for driving sales growth by identifying business opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective product/service promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads.
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer service.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and reports.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support promotional campaigns and sales events to increase revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Prior sales experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
