Job role: We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager (US Healthcare) to drive business growth and expand our presence in the US healthcare market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, physician groups, and healthcare organizations, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic client acquisition efforts.

- Shift Timings: 6:30 pm - 3:30 am (US Shift)
- 5 working days, Full-time, Work from the office
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in interacting with international clients and decision-makers.
- Lead generation and outbound business development expertise.
- Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in US healthcare, medical billing, RCM, healthcare staffing, healthcare BPO, healthcare SaaS, or healthcare technology will be preferred.
- Experience in international sales, B2B sales, lead generation, or client acquisition is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities within the US healthcare market.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, physician groups, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and present customized healthcare solutions and services.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve business growth targets.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and business agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the US healthcare sector.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and virtual meetings.
