- Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests as per hotel standards.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation before, during, and after service.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer queries regarding food and beverages.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance.
- Prepare bills and process guest payments accurately when required.
- Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
- Support banquet, conference, and special event operations as assigned.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and contribute to a positive dining experience.
- Minimum 10+2 or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
