Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with experience in real estate or PropTech platforms to drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and lead high-value sales opportunities. The role involves strategic client acquisition, consultative selling, and maximizing platform adoption among property owners, brokers, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales for property listing packages, subscriptions, and lead generation solutions
- Identify and acquire high-value clients including developers, channel partners, and premium property owners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business and renewals
- Lead client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close high-ticket deals
- Mentor junior sales executives and support team performance (if required)
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and client data in CRM systems
- Upsell and cross-sell advanced services to increase client lifetime value
Preferred Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, PropTech platforms, or property portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, NoBroker, or similar digital real estate platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and effectively manage key client and enterprise accounts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
