Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to support the growth of our hotel development portfolio. The role focuses on identifying new hotel project opportunities, evaluating potential properties and driving partnerships for hotel development, management tie-ups and brand collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source new opportunities for hotel development (land parcels, existing properties, redevelopment projects)
- Build relationships with developers, hotel operators and investors
- Assist in evaluating project feasibility including location analysis, demand-supply gap and financial viability
- Coordinate with hotel brands for management contracts, franchise agreements and tie-ups
- Conduct market research on upcoming hospitality trends, competitor projects and key micro-markets
- Prepare project proposals, presentations and investment decks for internal and external stakeholders
- Support negotiations related to land acquisition, leasing and hotel management agreements
- Work closely with internal teams (design, projects, legal, finance) to ensure smooth project initiation
- Track project pipeline and maintain MIS reports for ongoing and prospective developments
- Participate in site visits, due diligence and stakeholder meetings
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of real estate and hospitality development
- Good financial acumen (basic feasibility analysis, ROI understanding)
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to analyze locations and market potential
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of contracts and legal documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field
- MBA / PGDM (preferred)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in hotel development or hospitality expansion
- Exposure to hotel operator tie-ups (management contracts/franchise models)

Pay: ₹15,352.76 - ₹62,701.99 per month
