Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Placement Coordination: Facilitate candidate placements by connecting suitable profiles with relevant job and internship opportunities, while tracking progress.
- Partnership Development: Identify and engage with companies, startups, and institutions to establish and strengthen hiring partnerships.
- Employer Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with recruiters, HR professionals, and partner organizations to enhance collaboration.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in managing the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules and ensure effective communication between candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work culture.
- HR Documentation: Maintain, organize, and update employee records, contracts, and other essential HR documents with accuracy.
- Data Management & Reporting: Handle HR data entry and generate reports related to recruitment, placements, performance, and attendance.
- Outreach & Networking: Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals to expand both candidate pipelines and partnership networks.
- HR Projects: Contribute to key HR initiatives, including performance management processes, training programs, and policy development.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and organizational capability in managing documentation and data.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate within diverse teams and handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Coordination & Networking Abilities: Strong capability to manage multiple stakeholders and build meaningful professional relationships.
- Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, or HR tools is an advantage.
- Business Acumen: Interest in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and recruitment processes.
- Learning Agility: Enthusiastic and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute across HR functions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Compensation
- Internship Duration: 3 months
- First Month: Focused on training and skill development
- Second & Third Month: Stipend of INR 3,000 per month
- Post 3 Months: Compensation will be determined based on performance and role transition
