Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented and Business Development Managers to drive growth in the IT Infrastructure and System Integration business. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in enterprise sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and solution selling across IT infrastructure technologies.
Professionals from leading IT system integrators and OEM partners such as HPE, Dell, IBM, Microsoft, Cisco, Value Point, Frontier, Precision, Compass, Skylark, and similar organizations will be preferred. Immediate joiners with strong market connections and a good understanding of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud, and HCI solutions are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, inside sales, and field sales activities.
- Engage customers in value-driven discussions and identify their business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, decision-makers, and CXO-level executives.
- Work closely with OEM partners and promote their solutions to customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and public relations abilities.
- Proven track record in closing mid-market and enterprise IT opportunities.
- Strong network with IT Heads, CIOs, Procurement Heads, and key decision-makers.
- Experience working with leading OEMs or System Integrators such as HPE, IBM, Dell, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc.
- Good understanding of current technology trends, including:
- Servers
- Storage Solutions
- Networking
- End User Computing (Desktops/Laptops)
- Virtualization
- Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI)
- Cloud & Data Center Solutions
Additional Advantage: Relevant sales certifications in OEM technologies.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
