We are looking for a motivated and responsible electrical site supervisor (fresher) to assist in managing on-site execution and supervision of solar PV projects (rooftop and ground-mounted), ensuring technical oversight, timely completion, workforce coordination, material planning and strict safety compliance. This role provides valuable exposure to large-scale solar installations and hands-on project experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise installation of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures,earthing and cabling (DC & AC).
2. Plan and monitor material requirements, delivery schedules, and site inventory control.
3. Ensure execution in accordance with approved drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), and technical specifications.
4. Lead and assign daily tasks to electricians, technicians, and helpers.
5. Enforce safety standards.
6. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and coordinate with project management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering
- 0-2 years of site supervision experience in electrical projects.
- Willingnes to travel to project sites
- Driving Licence
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
