Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–4 years of experience in a product-based IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering intuitive, user-centered designs by understanding user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and UI standards
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility, usability)
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a product-based IT company
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
