- Own and drive end-to-end Sales & Marketing strategy for the Ekoching brand
- Take complete responsibility for annual sales & marketing targets, revenue growth, and market expansion
- Build, recruit, train, and lead in-house sales teams, outside marketing teams, and tele-calling teams
- Drive new business development through schools, colleges, institutions, and strategic partnerships
- Plan, execute, and monitor the annual marketing calendar (ATL, BTL, events, seminars, digital & offline)
- Conceptualize and lead seminars, workshops, and presentations in schools and colleges to drive enrolments
- Strengthen and scale business through Business Partner / Franchise Centres, ensuring performance and ROI
- Work closely with leadership to identify new markets, new products, and new revenue channels
- Track KPIs, conversions, walk-ins, and ROI across all marketing and sales activities
A Candidate should have:
- Senior leader with strong experience in education / edtech / coaching industry
- Track record of driving large sales numbers and building high-performance teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Deep understanding of institutional sales, B2C education marketing, and partner-led growth
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
- Comfortable with field work, seminars, reviews, and market visits
