Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.
- Teach foundational concepts through play-based and activity-based learning.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children in the classroom.
- Organize storytelling, music, art, games, and other creative learning experiences.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, learning materials, and educational resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings, training, and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, ECCEd, or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience teaching pre-primary or preschool children is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,784.97 - ₹25,532.70 per month
