Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to own the full funnel from generating qualified doctor leads to closing subscriptions. You'll run outreach, deliver product demos, and build the marketing engine (social, campaigns, content) that brings doctors to us.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads from doctors, clinics, and hospitals
- Conduct product demos (in-person and online) and drive deals to closure
- Manage and respond to inbound leads from Meta campaigns and WhatsApp
- Build and execute marketing campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and WhatsApp
- Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, etc.)
- Maintain CRM/pipeline, track conversion metrics, and report on performance
- Build relationships with referral partners and resellers
Requirements
- 3+ years in sales and/or marketing (B2B, SaaS, or healthcare preferred)
- Strong spoken and written English; Punjabi/Hindi an advantage for local doctor outreach
- Comfortable running product demos and handling objections
- Hands-on with social media, Meta Ads, and basic content creation
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized with follow-ups
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to doctors, clinics, or hospitals
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking workflows
