Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction details.
- Create 3D models, renders, and visual presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Visit project sites and assist with execution and quality checks.
- Research materials, finishes, and design solutions.
- Collaborate with the team throughout the design and execution process.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Freshers as well as experienced architects are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Experience with AI rendering tools such as Veras, Midjourney, D5 AI, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of rendering software like Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, V-Ray, or Twinmotion is an added advantage.
- Understanding of construction drawings and architectural detailing.
- Good design sense, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
