Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow business with existing major accounts.
- Manage new sales leads, including qualification, response, recording, and follow-up with the objective of securing purchase orders. Collaborate with teammates to coordinate outcomes.
- Report to the Head of Sales and work closely with them to maximize growth.
- Serve as a Technical Sales Executive, making appointments and meeting the Sales Team targets.
- Send quotations and follow up to convert them into purchase orders.
- Liaise with technical colleagues and the Order Fulfillment Team to address customer queries.
- Use and maintain our ERP system efficiently.
- Maximize opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Prospect for new customers in key target growth areas.
- Actively participate in monthly sales meetings.

- Invoiced sales vs. target

Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record in a successful business-to-business sales environment, preferably to manufacturers.
- Technical Qualification: Must have a science/engineering graduate qualification, with an ‘A’ level as a minimum. Comprehensive and ongoing product training will be provided.
- Professional demeanor with an outgoing and friendly attitude.
- Organized, focused, and sales-driven.
- Excellent telephone manner and comfort using the telephone as a proactive sales tool.
- Strong computer skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills to maintain relationships with customers, sales partners, and colleagues.
- Ability to earn and maintain mutual respect with colleagues and customers, keeping others informed on matters of mutual interest.
- Strong willingness to learn about and understand our products, with a technical background being desirable but not mandatory.
- Confidence to take initiative and identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and services.
