Business Continuity Management
Business Continuity planning is essentially a form of insurance. It gives organizations the comfort of knowing that, even if disaster strikes, the damage won’t be overwhelming.
Having an effective Business Continuity Management ensures that organizations can continue to provide an acceptable service in the event of a disaster, helping them preserve their reputation and keep revenue coming in. In the event that its key management resources are compromised, it is critical for an organization to be proactive and create a viable plan of countermeasures.

Maturity Model Assessment
An Information Security Maturity Model provides a path forward and enables the organization to periodically assess where it is along that path. Our unique qualitative and quantitative assessment model is adapted from the CMMI rating scale. CyRAACS’s Maturity Model Assessment framework helps to understand the organization’s risk exposure, and the maturity of the current information security program and identify areas for improvement, we also create benchmarks against other organizations and validate that security investments have improved security posture. We also provide a roadmap with opportunities in the areas of technology, process, and capabilities for information security.
Data Flow Analysis
For today’s way of the data treatment, it is an easy target to expose as organizations across the world are looking at the increasing amounts of data to deal with every day, this could be through e-mails, files, transactions, etc. Hence organizations urgently need to understand what their sensitive data is and where they are so that they can deploy appropriate controls to protect it. Data Flow Analysis (DFA) is the first step toward identifying sensitive data and implementing appropriate security controls for data protection.
CyRAACS’s DFA framework covers all the stages of the data lifecycle right from data acquisition to retirement. It helps to capture an accurate picture of the data flow at various stages within the organization. The output from DFA can act as key inputs to a Digital Rights Management (DRM) or Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) tool implementation, should an organization wish to implement those tools.

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities
As a Business Development executive responsibility will include:
Identify and work towards new business opportunities.
Understanding of cyber security solutions will be a big plus.
Experience in consulting – business development will be an Advantage
Developing Sales pitch, Brochure, competitive intelligence content.
Communicate through cold calling, emails, and other means if necessary, to prospective clients worldwide.
Generate new business opportunities by working closely with all Internal engineering teams
Schedule and conduct both client and prospective client meetings, either by phone or in person, to make sales, obtain work orders, and respond to RFIs and RFPs and other sales activities.
Perform quantitative analyses and developing proposals / Statements of Work
Continuously working to expand the client base through relationship growth, marketing, and promotional
activities
Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept (POCs) with Product Management and Pre-Sales team
Design marketing solutions using product knowledge to optimize success for our customers.
Identify the customer’s needs and challenges. Advocate solutions to deliver an excellent client experience.
Work with multiple stakeholders and be the voice of the client internally.
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Product Management regarding products including
coordinating gaps between product functionality and Partner/customer demands
Role Overview
As a Business Development executive responsibility will include:

Experience Skills and Qualifications
As a Business Development Executive, the qualifications will include:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or Business Administration.
6-10 years of relevant experience preferably worked in business development.
English proficiency
Strong analytical skills with ability to provide data-backed analysis.
Hands-on experience with large amounts of data and ability to multi-task.
Able to understand reporting requirement, envision output, and drive strong quality
Able to understand business implication of team output – be a Good team player.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
“Self-starter” with the ability to self-motivate in a fast paced, deadline driven, environment.
Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team-workcapabilities
Expert in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Role is based in Bangalore, but some traveling may be required
