Job Title: MEP Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage the design, planning, and execution of MEP systems. The role involves complete ownership of MEP infrastructure development in large-scale commercial, industrial, or institutional facility setups—from initial concept through commissioning. The role is coordinate for HVAC DESIGN/ BOQ/ ERECTION 0F equipment with the support of HVAC consultant/ Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design review, planning, and execution of MEP systems in projects including HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS, lighting, fire alarm systems, etc.
· Prepare MEP project plans, BOQs, technical specifications, and budgets.
· Coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors for design finalization and approvals.
· Ensure timely execution of MEP works as per project schedules and safety standards.
· Review and approve MEP shop drawings, GFCs, and single-line diagrams.
· Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP equipment and systems.
· Ensure compliance with all local MEP codes, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
· Handle procurement specifications and technical evaluation of MEP equipment.
· Interface with internal teams (civil, HVAC, plumbing) for smooth MEP integration.
· Prepare regular project reports, quality audits, and risk assessments.
· Desired Skills and Competencies:
· Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems design and execution
· Hands-on experience with Greenfield project development and site execution
· Familiarity with IS standards
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MEP design tools
· Strong leadership, project coordination, and vendor management skills
· Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of work experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
