Job Summary
Stemx Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Business Manager to drive business growth in the education sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS sales, B2B business development, and institutional sales, with the ability to build strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify and engage prospective schools and educational institutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Develop channel partnerships and distribution networks.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.Com / B.Sc) or MBA.
- 1–3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or business development.
- Experience in B2B or institutional sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
